How to send money

  1. Click Send money item in the top menu.
  2. Click Sign up.
  3. Fill in all required fields. Make sure the data you enter match your bank account registration details.
  4. Confirm your registration with a code, which will come by WhatsApp. If you don’t have a WhatsApp account, we will send you a code by SMS.

After confirming your registration, we will generate your personal virtual IBAN. It can take several minutes to complete. As soon as your personal virtual IBAN is ready to use, we will send it to you, and you can start using it to top up to your balance.

Please note that just like in a bank, you will not be able to edit your details after you have confirmed your registration.

After confirming your phone number when creating an account, we begin the process of generating your personal virtual IBAN. Usually it takes around two minutes. As soon as your virtual IBAN is ready, we will let you know by sending it to you by WhatsApp or SMS.

As soon as you have your personal virtual IBAN, you can use it to top up your account. To do it, transfer a desired amount of money from your euro bank account to your personal virtual IBAN.

Select destination country, delivery method and transfer amount. Click “Get total” to calculate the fee. If you are satisfied with the fee and the exchange rate, click “Next” and provide payment details for the receiver and for yourself.

Make sure all details are correct and review the transfer amount. If everything is ok, confirm your transaction. The money will be immediately sent to the recipient.

How to receive money in Ukraine

If the “Card payment” option was chosen when sending, the recipient’s card will be credited immediately. No additional actions are required by the recipient.

If the “Payout to bank account” option was chosen when sending, the recipient’s bank account will be credited immediately.No additional actions are required by the recipient.

NB: currently only PrivatBank USD and EUR accounts are supported.
